随着林宝坐下来，所有人都将注意力集中到了他手上的那十串肉。
同时，争论了这么长一段时间，其他座位上的顾客也都注意到了这边的情况，不少人也是好奇地看了过来。
“说实话，用和牛肉做烧烤食材，我还是第一次见到。”
看着林宝的动作，曹子格说道，“一般来说，这样的牛肉都是用在顶尖酒店做牛排，就算是最好的烧烤店，都不会用这样级别的牛肉，绝对划不来。也就只有林宝师兄，敢拿出来，还这么低的价，啧啧……你们也别不信，等下肉味出来了，你们就知道，我说的豪不夸张。
“说实话，烤这样的肉，不应该用铁签的，铁签的味道和上面的铁元素，会影响到肉质的口感。香料的话，也不应该用一般的烧烤香料，国内来看，至少得需要用纯正的高原红辣椒制作的辣椒油，香料的话，是小茴香，玉林八角和桂皮……”
于沁听他这么说，顿时就急了，你这是在夸还是在损啊！
不过还不待她说什么，一股奇异的肉香忽然传了过来，顿时小嘴张的老大，看向林宝手里翻转的牛肉串。
这也……香得有些过分了吧啊！
“这就是真正和牛肉的香味。”
曹子格吸了吸鼻子，淡笑着继续说道，“是不是和你们平时闻到的牛肉味不一样，拥有丰富脂肪油星的和牛肉，风味独特，香气很特别……你看铁签的牛肉，有没有发现，已经烤了这么长时间了，上面没有丝毫的烤焦或者黑色的炭火痕迹，反而不断地有油星和肉质在混合胶着。这就是和牛肉和普通牛肉甚至国产雪花肉的最大区别之一，就算是烧烤完成后，你都绝对不可能从它里面闻到丝毫的炭火气，丝毫不影响口感和肉味！”
靠近的几个人，甚至是坐在座位上的几个大学生，也都是凑到跟前，发现，真的就像是曹子格说的，铁签上的牛肉和正常烤串上的表现完全不一样，没有丝毫的被烤焦的痕迹！
于沁是印象最深的。
林宝的手艺自然是不必说，但是即便是他认真地烤，正常情况下，肉串上面也会或多或少带着一些烧焦的痕迹。
这香味，这肉质……难道这真的是和牛肉？
围在近处的几个人脸上都是露出惊讶，包括刚才质疑的那个大学生。
但是这怎么可能，这么顶尖的牛肉，怎么可能只卖这么低的价格！
看烤的差不多了，林宝从旁边拿过香料盒和辣椒油：“要辣椒不？”
“适中就行。”
曹子格忙是说道，“说实话，应该用纯正的香料的。不过……”
他没有继续说下去，因为摊位上的那些顾客，已经帮他表达出了下面要说的内容。
“卧槽！”
随着肉串上刷上辣椒油撒上香料，香味顿时大增，座位上的一个顾客更是直接叫了起来。
其他顾客也都是纷纷看过来。
“这是什么啊，这么香！”
“好香啊，老板烤的这是什么肉，太香了吧，我口水都流出来了！”
“不会是什么特殊的香料吧？”
……
“宝儿，你这烤啥呢，这么香？”
隔壁刀削面店的杨兴大哥也凑过来。
“杨大哥，是和牛肉！”于沁帮忙回了一句。
